About Zach

​

Zach is a former executive who rose through management and leadership positions. He went from working the parts counter at a John Deere dealer when he graduated from The Ohio State University to leading the High Horsepower division for Case IH North America. Along the way he worked for AGCO corporate, was a territory salesperson for Ohio CAT, served in parts and wholegoods territory roles for CASE IH and led the livestock division for North America for Case IH. At just 36 years old he was appointed the CEO of an 11- location Ohio farm equipment dealer, where he led rapid growth and transition.

We use a comprehensive curriculum crafted by John Maxwell and his team. It is the top leadership coach certification program in the world. 
 

Zach is a certified member of the John Maxwell team. He has more than 300 hours of training and is personally mentored by the John Maxwell team faculty.

Member of MAC

Zach is a member of the Machinery Advisors Consortium (MAC).

MAC serve dealers, distributors and manufactures in the capital goods industry by providing advice, counsel and training to improve business results. It is a collaboration among companies and individuals who know the retail business and work together for mutual benefit to them and their clients.
